Double room available in the the beautiful Westbourne Village, ideally 5 days a week ( for a contractor working away ) but 7 days would be ok for the right person. ( 5 Days would be £500 )
Shared bathroom facilities but we have two WC's. Separate TV room that i use as my office in the day so shared.
Shared Kitchen facilities with breakfast bar that was only built last year.
My son who is 23 lives with me most of the time, its a very relaxed peaceful environment with: 3 local pubs; Coop; Indian Restaurant; Cafe; Barbers & other local amenities all within a few minutes walk.
Situated between the Downs on one side & the sea on the other its a very picturesque place to be. Bills included.
You work regular hours, and not from home, as I work from home myself. In the first instance message me, telling me a little about yourself.
