The room rent is: £750.00 pcm.

We are a British/Venezuelan family who speaks English and Spanish. We are friendly, professionals, clean and tidy. We like socialising, travelling, and doing sports.

The house is in Weeke, in a very friendly neighbourhood with public transport accessible within walking distance: A 5-minute walk from several bus stops and a 20/25 - minute walk from the train station.

There are amenities nearby such as pharmacy, post office, coffee shops, parks, Aldi and Waitrose stores, the GP, Winchester Racket & Fitness club, Peter Symonds College and more - all within 10 mins walking distance. The town city centre is only a 30 - minute walk.

As for parking, the road has plenty of on- road parking (subject to council regulation - resident parking permit application).

We are looking for a female to join our family house, someone who is also friendly, clean and tidy.

No smoking, no vaping and no pets.

Holding deposit is £100.00 to secure the room, deducted from your first month rent.

The deposit is: £750.00 equivalent to one month's rent.
