Spacious Room in Pretty Family House

We live in a pretty Georgian house very close to the town centre and railway station - about ten minutes' walk. We are used to having lodgers and will respect your privacy. My husband and I both work intermittently from home. The house has superfast broadband, gas central heating, and two bathrooms (one available for use). One old cat.
The room is a roomy converted basement with lots of storage, clothes hanging rail, chest of drawers and shoe rack. A shower room and loo is at the top of the stairs.
Ideally we would pause the contract briefly over Christmas when my son will return on a holiday. Available again after new year.
We would prefer Monday to Friday if possible but would consider full time. Viewings from October 6
