Double room in a 2 person flat in Hyde, a quiet and pretty part of Winchester. Its a 12 minute walk to the train station and a 14 minute walk to town. Its very peaceful - the flat is on a quiet residential street near the park, surrounded by green area and the room looks over the river.
The flat has a kitchen, sitting room and bathroom which you will have access to. There is a washing machine and the room comes furnished although you'd be welcome to bring your own furniture if you wish. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. Unfortunately smokers cannot be considered. Parking is available.

Bills are split between us, it's not much but it keeps things fair. The flat is tax band C.
