Rent is £900 if you do not need an on-street parking permit, and £950 if you do. Please note that Winchester has very limited on-street parking spaces. This may not be suitable for your lifestyle if you need to use your car daily.

The initial term of contract will have to be 3 months as I would like to make sure that I get along with the lodger. After the period, we can agree a rolling contract.

The room is en-suite (attached private bathroom). You will have the whole top floor to yourself.

You will have access to the whole top floor of the property and the dining/kitchen area. There is a small sofa, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair in your room.

I have kitchenware and a set of bedding ready for your use.
