The initial term of contract will have to be 3 months as I would like to make sure that we get along. After the period, we can agree a rolling contract.

This is a lovely spacious attic room in a clean house in the heart of Winchester. The house is only 2-min walk from high street.
The room is en-suite (attached private bathroom). You will have the whole top floor to yourself.

You will have access to the whole top floor of the property and the dining/kitchen area. There is a small sofa, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair in your room.

I have kitchenware and a set of bedding ready for your use.

All bills included. Super-fast wifi included.

On-street parking permit is available with an extra charge. Please note that Winchester has very limited on-street parking spaces. This may not be suitable for your lifestyle if you need to use your car daily.
