You will have access to the whole top floor of the property and the dining/kitchen area. There is a small sofa, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair in your room.

Please note that the living room and garden are reserved for the landlord's use only.

I have kitchenware and a set of bedding ready for your use.

On-street parking permit is available with an extra charge. Please note that Winchester has very limited on-street parking spaces. This may not be suitable for your lifestyle if you need to use your car daily.

An allocated parking space can be reserved for 3 months at £85 a month.
