The room is en-suite (private bathroom). You will have the whole top floor to yourself. An on-street parking permit is available.

You will have access to the whole top floor of the property and the dining/kitchen area. There is a small sofa, a desk, and a chair in your room.

I have kitchenware and a set of bedding ready for your use.

All bills included. Super-fast wifi included.

Please note that the house is on the market for sale so you should expect some house viewings (we can agree the maximum viewings per week if that is your concern). I can commit to an initial contract of 3 months as it will take longer to complete a sale if I have any interest. After that, your contract will be on the rolling basis.
I therefore consider a very short term rent as well due to the mentioned reason.
