Furnished double room

This is a fantastic double room with a comfy double bed. The room has everything you need: bedside table, chest of draws, clothes rail. But unfortunately there is no desk and preferably no working from home.
The room is available from now (October 2026). My husband and I try to help people out by renting out the room for people that need flexibility. If you are interested and would like to book in a virtual or physical viewing please let me know. We provide and wash your towels, duvet, pillows and bedding. You will have your own shelf in the fridge and freezer and cupboard space.
No over night guests unfortunately without exception.
The house has been renovated in the last few years. Large galley kitchen. Large living room and dining room. Large wrap around garden with patio area. The location is a 12 minute walk to the train station, and 15 minutes walk to the city centre. The number 3 bus is a 20 second walk away (genuinely). Waitrose, Aldi and the Stoney Lane shops are 2 minutes walk away.
All bills included including council tax.
