A double bedroom in a recently renovated and high spec house (4 Bed, 3 Bathrooms) with it's own bathroom (not en-suite) but will only be used by occupants of this room.

The house is a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to Winchester High street so ideal for people commuting to London (1hr train to Waterloo).

House currently has two males and one female living in it (all working professionals) and one cat. House is kept clean and tidy and all people are easy-going.

There is access to a simple gym (lifting rack and dumbbells) at the house too.

We have fast internet and two living rooms so privacy in the evenings if wanted is easy.
