Room 2. I have a large double room available in a shared house in Weeke, Winchester S022 6HG. - £120 per week (£520 per calendar month) single occupation, fully furnished, inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas/electric, water & high speed internet etc.).
The house in Weeke is 10 minutes walk to Weeke shops, Aldi and Waitrose. A bus stop is 1 minute from the house and takes 7 minutes to get into central Winchester.

Please note, rent is paid monthly. I require 1 months rent in advance and a £520 deposit, to move in, and then rent paid monthly thereafter.
