My family and I live next door in the attached house. I work internationally in education, having previously been a university lecturer in education and teacher training. My children (16 and 13) are in school locally and enjoy sports, pets and films.

We are looking for a female professional who works or studies in a profession requiring a DBS. Occasionally, I have to work overseas so a willingness to look after the children (who are very independent) would be an advantage - the rent would be reduced for each night I am away. This may be once every 4-6 weeks and usually wouldn't include weekends.
This isn't a requirement, as we currently have an existing arrangement with a child carer, but it may be an attractive proposition for someone who is looking for their own place at a reduced rent.
