I am looking to rent a spacious double room in a 3 bedroom house in Kings Worthy, Winchester. The house is absolutely immaculate and newly-renovated - overlooking fields with horses, cows and beautiful sunsets! It has a huge front and back garden with plenty of free parking. There is a shared kitchen and living room which has a double sofa bed that is free to use if you would like to have guests or family stay on occasion. Myself and the current lodger are both super relaxed - and neither work from home (except for Friday mornings). We are both very clean and tidy, and looking for someone similar!
