Double bedroom for single occupation. Furnished (previous lodger had some furniture of her own, we shall add items new as appropriate): single bed (can be made into twin or double). Shared used of: bathroom and shower room; large kitchen (lodgers have their own cupboards and fridge freezer); snug (a lounge, independent of landlord's); utility room with washing machine and drying space); and the garden. Plenty of free on-road parking.
