Large, bright room with en-suite bathroom

Lodger wanted for a large, furnished, first floor room with en-suite and shared kitchen. House owner lives downstairs with large dog. One other lodger who is often working away. He has his own bathroom. All bills included. On main bus routes. Near train station. Less than 8 minutes to city centre by car. Although friendly, we are not a party house. Very peaceful, quiet and private house. Looking for someone who can fit in with us. Hopefully you will like large, friendly dogs and be happy to put the bin out once a fortnight if needed.
