Double Room with Skylights + a Sea View

Hi! We're looking for a flatmate to join our tenancy as we have a spare room available. Currently, the room has a mattress and double bedframe included, and I am happy to provide more furniture if needed. We have two lovely cats, so please be mindful of that. We love film, video games and music.

We'd love a fairly tidy flatmate, who will chat to us about things and give our cats some love! We're open to all sorts of people as long as you're friendly and responsible.

The flat is along the 17 bus route, close to a train station, the beach and a Lidl. It's a top floor flat and your window would have some beautiful views and easy access to the kitchen.

Council tax is band B and bills can be discussed prior to you moving in. :)
