Double room in Craswall, Herefordshire

Hi there, I'm Gerard, a professional in my early 40s. I'm looking for a lodger to share my 3 bedroom house, which is on a smallholding with spectacular views to the Black Mountains.

There's a really great community here, good pubs, a very good shop 10 mins away at Longtown, and the house is 30 mins drive from each of Abergavenny, Hay on Wye, and Hereford.

Accommodation: spacious double room (single occupancy at the rate advertised) with lovely views into the garden, and to the hills beyond. Furnished, though furnishings may differ to the listing photos. It's very rural here so you will need your own transport. Bills included.

Shared spaces: bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen, dining room, and living room with log burner. Garden with terrace, table and chairs, raised beds, apple trees and lovely views. Off-street parking in the yard. At times the living room will not be accessible when in use as accommodation for visiting friends or family.

Looking for: someone considerate and tidy, who is used to rural living and house shares. LGBT friendly.
