THE PROCESS
If you are interested in the room, please contact me to arrange a viewing. Prospective Tenants must have a Right to Rent in the UK, therefore please bring along photo ID at time of viewing.
If you would like to take the room, an Application Form can be filled in online.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
The suitable tenant will be required to provide referencing of 3 months bank statements, proof of occupation, previous addresses, Guarantor details (if necessary). A holding deposit can secure your room equivalent to 1wks rent and can be deducted from your first months rent.
Once the Application Form and referencing checks are complete, you will be sent a contract for signing online. You will at this point be responsible for paying a security deposit and one months rent in advance (less your initial holding deposit if applicable). Your deposit will be secured by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
The whole process can be completed online fairly quickly.
