Doctor profession looking for a housemate

Looking for a housemate in a 3 bed semi-detached home on Tower Road, Broomy Hill, quiet cul de sac, close walk to town, hospital, supermarket and river.

Room furnished with double bed, wardrobe; shared other facilities bathroom/kitchen. Rent inclusive of bills and broadband Wifi.

I am a live in landlord and currently soley occupy the property. I work in the hospital as a medical doctor.

Ideally looking for a professional. References required before agreement and months rent as deposit.

Let term is flexible, looking at minimum 6 months and thereafter can be reviewed.
