One of the best houses in Hereford

It's a gorgeous house close to everything, and the rooms are lovely, and have an ensuite shower and WC. There is a large lounge, kitchen, grounds, etc. It's an excellent prospect for anyone serious

We will require references from previous landlords/housemates, and employers

Kitchen included with all appliances and laundry room (with Agreement not to damage, overuse, and to clean-up, etc)

PS This is a secular house, so religious activities are only accepted with respect for other housemates within the household. So prayer, non-secular eating habits (like eating with bare hands, keeping utensils and cooking dishes and plates, separate, etc) are not permitted, except within the guest's room (which would otherwise be offensive and imply that your housemates are unclean) Any guests will be expected to become part of the household and not exclude themselves from normal household activities, including mixing, actively meeting neighbors, enjoying the grounds and neighborhood, which is lovely. In other words if you are not a genuinely an open housemate looking to hang out but still maintain privacy, then please do NOT apply. Bearing in mind that you would be only one of two or three people maximum anyway. Thanks!
