This wonderful Victorian terraced home is within 10 minutes walk of the city centre and a 25 min walk to the hospital, and has all the modern amenities that you would need, including washing machine and dishwasher, and on-street parking. Currently occupied by young professionals, and a disabled landlord (and his disabled therapy dog).

The landlord is committed to social responsibility, and his Duty of Care. For this reason, he has always offered rents that are below market value. The household is committed to Equality and Diversity, and will accept applicants of any sexuality, ethnicity, gender or neurodiversity. The landlord is a practising Buddhist, and vegan/vegetarian preferred.

The available double master bedroom is the largest room in the house. The previous occupant has now secured his own flat, after being in residence for 5½ years.

The kitchen/diner is well equipped and includes two fridge-freezers, washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

The garden includes a patio with veg and herbs, raised beds, and a pond.

The landlord has a wonderful elderly labrador, who is now disabled. Dog lovers are a must!

Initially, this will be a let of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The let is suitable for a single occupant only.
