Currently occupied by young professionals, and a disabled landlord (and his disabled therapy dog).

The landlord is committed to social responsibility, and his duty of care. For this reason, he has always offered rents that are below market value. The household is committed to equality and diversity, and will accept applicants of any sexuality, ethnicity, gender or neurodiversity. The landlord is a practising Buddhist, and vegan/vegetarian preferred.

The available double master bedroom is the largest room in the house. The previous occupant has now secured his own flat, after being here for 5½ years.

The kitchen/diner is well equipped and includes two fridge-freezers, washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

The garden includes a patio with veg and herbs, raised beds, and a pond.

The landlord has a wonderful elderly labrador, who is now disabled. Dog lovers are a must!

Please note that this is likely to be a let of 6 months only, as a new resident is due to move in next Summer (exact date can be negotiated between parties). The let is suitable for a single occupant only.
