The Process – Taking a room
If you would like to view the rooms then please contact us to arrange a viewing.

You will need to bring with you to the viewing a copy of photographic ID (passport or driving license). If you decide to take the room referencing will require 3 months bank statements, guarantor details and your national insurance number.

If you wish to rent the room then you will be required to fill in an online application form and to pay one week's rent as a holding deposit which secures your preferred room.
You may not have to pay a deposit!

Once the application form is completed and the holding deposit paid, after references are completed you will be sent a contract for signing online. The whole process can be completed almost instantaneously online.

We then arrange your move in date to hand over keys and show you around.
