The room is furnished with a single bed and mattress, a wardrobe, 2 seater sofa,
chest of drawers. and a 28" smart TV .

All bills are included and there is WiFi at the property.

Communal Facilities -
A kitchen with a shared fridge and allocated cupboard space, washing machine and tumble dryer.
It is equipped with a hob, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave.
There are 2 toilets and a shower room.

You are required to provide your own bedding, pots and pans etc.

Location - The property is within 10 meters of a bus stop, 50m from Tesco express. It is a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury's and a little further down the road is the town centre.

Short term lets are considered but are at a higher weekly rate. Please feel free to contact me for specific details

This is a relatively quiet house as the current occupants work different shift patterns.
