The rooms are furnished with a bed and mattress, a TV, wardrobe, lounge chair, desk and chair .

All bills are included and there is Zzoomm WiFi at the property.

Communal Facilities -
A kitchen with allocated cupboard and fridge space, equipped with a hob, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
(You are required to provide your own pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, bedding etc)

There are 2 ground floor bathrooms both with toilet, sink and shower.

Location -
The property is within 10 meters of a bus stop, 50m from Tesco express and It is a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury's and a little further down the road to the town centre.

Rental basis -
We provide 6 month Assured short hold tenancy agreements but short term lets are considered at a higher rate. which depends on the length of time required. Please feel free to contact me for short term prices.

This is a very quiet house as the current occupants work different shift patterns.
