The Process - Taking a room
If you would like to view the rooms then please contact us on our phone number to arrange a viewing. The Landlord will conduct the viewings so you can meet him.

You will need to bring with you to the viewing a copy of photographic ID (passport or driving license),

A deposit of one month's rent is payable. Alternatively a Zero Deposit Guarantee is available which costs 1 week's rent.

Once the application form is completed and after references are completed you will be sent a contract for signing online as well as our welcome pack and short video tour of the house. The whole process can be completed almost instantaneously online.

We then arrange your move in date to hand over keys and show you around.
