Currently undergoing renovations so please check the dates for next availability with me beforehand. This double bedroom is all inclusive of bills . There is a shared bathroom upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs. Open to working male/ female professionals, preferably who work from office and are out & about, however negotiable conditions if needed to work from home. Short-term B&B and lets considered. Last minute bookings available if room is free. Must be clean & tidy & cat friendly. A cat lives in the property but will not go in your room.
