I’m offering a quirky unfurnished spacious King sized room in an old black and white detached house with charm and character situated in the quiet village of Wellington just north of Hereford. The large room is on the first floor and is able to accommodate a king size bed along with several pieces of furniture. It is south facing so has the sunshine for most of the day. This room while not en-suite does have its own private toilet and wash-room just outside on the landing. The house has a large shared living room, kitchen & dining area, and ground floor bathroom. Utility room with washing machine, dryer is in the garage. Peaceful spacious garden to enjoy where you will find inspiration or quiet solace away from busy life. I have an affectionate 12yr old female cat and will consider other cats.

There is a village shop/post office and bus stop outside for getting into Hereford. There are lots of footpaths to explore out into nature..
