The property is a 2021 oak frame detached house located in the Tudor/Medieval village of Weobley, equidistant between Hereford and Leominster (20 minutes journey either way). No 461 bus service every hour from the village into city centre and railway station with only 25 minutes travel. £2 maximum fare each way. Landlord is happy to cover this expense.
The house offers a Snug room which can be used by the tenant for eating, watching TV, and /or a work station using the dining table.
The kitchen and utility room facilities are shared with the retired Landlord.
Plenty of secure car parking is is available on the property, and a 3-phase 22 Kw EV car charger is available free of charge.
I can consider for 5 nights per week Sunday evening to Friday night at a pro-rata rent, but 7 nights per night is the offer here.. Close by is a regular hourly bus route to Hereford and Llandrinod Wells. The village has three cafes, two pubs, two hairdressers, Indian restaurant, Butchers, library and a large modern well stocked convenience shop.
