We have a lovely ensuite room becoming available from 2nd May 2024.

The room is in a friendly house-share in a pretty cul-de-sac with lots of free parking and great access to Watford, Hemel, Leavesden and the M25.

You'll be sharing with a welcoming set of house-mates, all in their 20s and 30s, including a secondary school teacher, a quantity surveyor, two account managers, and two employees of Warner Bros Studios who walk to the Studios.
Come and meet them and see for yourself! It would suit someone who would like to share a beautiful house, with like-minded people, while having the privacy of their own room.

The house is kept nice and clean and is within an easy walk of large employers such as ASOS and Warner Bros at Leavesden Park.

About the area
The house is immediately north of Watford and a short walk away from Leavesden, set in the lovely large village of Abbots Langley. It is only a few minutes walk from local convenience shops, and a little further there is Abbotts Langley high street. Its a lovely large well-connected village with some great local pubs. Buses serve Watford town centre taking around 25 minutes, or you can walk to many of the local large employers such as ASOS in Leavesden Park, Warner Bros Studios, Imagination Technologies in Kings Langley, Clock in Hunton Bridge and many others.
There is secure lockable bike store at the front of the house, and a large lockable outbuilding at the back for more storage.

And best of all we have ZERO 'move-in' fees and ZERO check-out fees!!
And only a £500 security deposit that is safely lodged with the government-backed DPS scheme for your peace of mind.
