I have a bedroom (room 1) in a shared house to rent. You share the communal bathroom with one housemate, and will be sharing the kitchen with three housemates.

This room is situated on the third floor, over a restaurant on High Street, right in the centre of the historical town Baldock. It's a beautiful Grade II listed building and offers great views on the upper floors.

Extremely convenient location to the Train Station (7 minute walk, and then 30 minutes away from Kings Cross St Pancras on the train if you need to commute to London), the local shops and other means of transport. If you have a car you can get resident permits to park it in nearby streets.

All the bills are included in the rent, including council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence and broadband.

Working professionals preferred please. Single occupancy please.
