Countryside 3bed cosy house, open fields nearby

Perfect countryside cottage, lovely quiet neighbours. Open fields with lots of walking nearby!

3 bedrooms, I use currently one as my double bedroom, one for a walk in wardrobe and another for office. Currently in the process of getting the office and walk in wardrobe room carpeted and then you will have the choice to choose what room you’d like, will be available end of October. One room will fit double bed and wardrobe, other is single room (but then can be cheaper if wanted?). Could be open to renting both rooms out but would prefer just 2 people in house I think as only one bathroom.

I renovated the house myself, been here 2 years and the double room/single room will be freshly carpeted/painted by time of move in date.

Two country pubs 10 mins walking distance and a village shop. House is surrounded by fields, endless walks.

Ashwell station - 12 min drive.
Stevenage station- 27 min drive.

Can get 38 min train from Royston into London King’s Cross (I commute to London 2 times a week myself and Cambridge 1/a week)

I’m 27, work in sales and wfh 2-3 days a week, not there that much at the weekend but depends on plans. I’m a sucker for reality tv and a holiday ✈️ 📺

I’m very laidback, social and easygoing so looking for someone likeminded to move in.

Double room and/or single room open - dogs welcome (I love dogs, I’m just not here enough to have my own!!).

Bills included. Preference to stay with females but open to males if I think we’d be a good fit so feel free to message (bonus points if you come with a dog)

I’m not the biggest cat lover but if you have a cat and you promise it won’t scratch me I can be swayed 🤪
