Bedroom in character cottage with private office

I’m renting out the single bedroom within this super cute character home. It also comes with a garden office for your sole use.
The house is furnished to a high standard and includes a colourful garden. The property has been recently refurbished.

You’ll be sharing with me and my dog Narla. It’s super important that you’re a dog person, as Narla doesn’t do personal space very well! I’m also a clean and house proud person, so a likeminded roomie would be ideal.

I’ve put the advert up min 6 months months, I’m happy to extend providing it works for us both.
If you were staying longer term then you’d need to join me on the tenancy agreement.
