We accommodate single referenced applicants in both tring and berkhamsted . Same prices.
occasionally we house referenced /Guaranteed By UK employed Guarantor students if students pay termly in advance have proper paperwork , paid there university fee up front , visa allows and the study is local .
Tring is 5 miles away from berko! trings just as ancient /character wise as berko .
Both towns are on the rail Canal and Bus routes to London & Birmingham & well situated for Watford Aylesbury as well as town centres. etc.
Both houses are shared premises .As such common areas accessed & serviced by the landlord daily for maintenance & fire safety, & for an variety of business/control reasons ensuring the residents security, at all times.
We have usually got dearer much smaller whole dwellings like cottages elsewhere to let to 2 or 3 x applicants.
