We have 2 Double rooms on a single-occupancy basis, each from £ 730.00 p. m., which includes all bills & free wireless internet access in all rooms. All have been taken

If you are arriving to Bishop Stortford to take up a Job or relocation to this town & looking for a permanent /long term accommodation then we offer good clean
En-suite rooms.

You don't have to share the toilet or shower facilities with anyone else, as the room has en-suite facilities.

All Rooms & the kitchen are fully furnished.

We are about 6 to 7 minutes to the local train station, the Town Centre & the Airport.

ALDI supermarket is situated about a 5-minute walk away.

Stansted Airport is about a 6- to 7-minute drive from the house.

There is a bus stop right outside the house.
There are about 3 buses that go to Stansted Airport on regular basis.

No flight attendants (cabin crews) accepted as shift patterns are not compatible with current tenants.

Kitchen with white goods provided & a washing machine with a Dryer.

Access to the Garden.

Must be in full-time employment.

Minimum income: 37k to 40k per annum for Single occupancy basis

References will be taken before any viewings to ascertain affordability, etc..

We may request the following information before any room viewings are undertaken;

a) What do you do & where do you work?

b) What is your annual salary before overtime?

c) Why are you moving out of your current place

This is to make sure that you meet our affordability criteria.

We may do basic credit checks which will not leave any footprints on your file.

You can view the room any time before
9 am or after 6.00pm Mon to Sat or Sunday anytime from 8am.

We will take stringent references before any viewings are undertaken.

We require a small deposit of £250.00 to secure the Room if you decide to proceed.
This deposit will be deducted from the final deposit when you move in.

Deposits are non-refundable if you pay & then do not take up the room for whatever reason.

We will have a double en-suite room available on a single-occupancy basis from £730.00 per month, available from 1st of November 2026.
