We have Three Double bedroom En-Suits.

Each from £730.00 pm to £735.00 (Single occupancy) to £815.00) for double occupancy which includes all bills & a free wireless internet access in all rooms.

Double rooms for couples £415.00 each per month per person.

Colour TV provided in each room & we pay for the TV licence.

If you are arriving to Bishop Stortford to take up a Job or relocation to this town & looking for a permanent /long term accommodation then we offer good clean En-Suits Rooms.

You don't have to share the toilet or Shower facilities with anyone else as all rooms have En-Suit facilities in the rooms.

Double rooms (for 2 people) from £795 to £815.00

Single occupancy from £730.00 pm to £735.00

All Rooms & the kitchen are fully furnished.

We are about 6 to 7 minutes to the local train station, the Town Centre & the Airport.

ALDI super market situated about 5 minutes walk.

Stansted Airport is about 6 to 7 minutes drive from the house.

There is a bus stop right outside the house.
There are about 3 buses that go to Stansted Airport on regular basis.

No flight attendants (cabin crews) accepted as shift patterns are not compatible with current tenants.

Kitchen with white goods provided & a washing machine with a Dryer.

Access to patio & the Garden.

Must be in full time employment.

Minimum income 40k per annum. Single occupancy basis or couples 35k each per annum for Double room.

References will be taken before any viewings to ascertain incomes etc..

We may request the following before any viewings undertaken;

a) The latest or last 3 months of your payslips.

b) Copy of your current employment contract.

c) The latest/last 3 months bank statements.

This is to make sure that you meet our affordability criteria.

We may do basic credit checks which will not leave any footprints on your file.

You can view the room any time before
9 am or after 6.00pm Mon to Sat or Sunday anytime from 8am.

We will take stringent references before any viewings are undertaken.

We will have a King size Double room En- Suit coming available on Single occupancy basis from £735.00 pm & will come available from the 4th of May 2025.

The viewings will only take place from the 4th of April 2025

All rooms are En- Suit! We take a small deposit of £250.00 to secure the Room if you decide to proceed & this deposit will be deducted from the final deposit when you move in.

Deposits are non refundable if you pay & then do not take up the room for whatever the reason.
