Part of a new building project located in Borehamwood, there is easy car access to the A1 and M25, as well as the new Sky Studios. It is also less than a 5 minute drive to Elstree & Borehamwood station, enabling a quick commute to London (25 minutes to Kings Cross). There is parking on-site however there are limited visitor parking spaces available, parking on the road is permitted.

The flat is newly redecorated, furnished and finished to a high specification with a generous wrap-around balcony, large kitchen/living/dining room and large family bathroom with bath/shower. I am looking to rent my second bedroom, which is a generous size and has a huge window to allow in lots of natural light. There is currently a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and TV. You would also have use of the family bathroom (I have a my own separate bathroom), and shared use of the large kitchen/living/dining room and balcony.
