**Your room**
Spacious room with computer desk, wardrobe, bedside locker, lots of storage and comfy new mattress. As this is a shared living space, rooms are single occupancy only. There is a shower room which is used only by the occupant of this room but it is not an en-suite.

**The House**
The central area of the house is the fully furnished kitchen and diner providing plenty of space to cook and dine. There are three shower rooms (one on each floor) with high performance showers shared between 5 bedrooms and one ensuite bedroom. A cleaner takes care of all communal areas. There is also a relaxing private patio area with secure bike storage.

**Location**
The house is located on a quiet street close to Morrisons supermarket and is within walking/cycling distance of the high street with its array of restaurants, shops, gyms, cinema and more.
Elstree & Borehamwood station, where you can catch the Thameslink to London, is also a 15-20 min walk away. Easy access to M25 and M
