King size bed, Two seater sofa, office desk, your own fridge and wardrobe.
This is a basement room which ensures the room remains comfortably cool with a laminate floor and under floor heating.
Secure parking space available within the development which is owned by the landlord.
Due to it's proximity close to the town centre, bus routes and a mile from Hemel Hempstead train station it would suit non car owners.
Home cooked evening meals and Sunday dinner are available by arrangement and not included in the room costs.
Room to be kept tidy and accessible.
We are both keen cooks and film lovers who enjoy nothing more than a day in the kitchen. Or curling up on sofa with our cat to a great film.
Ideally we would like a professional who works 9 to 5 Mon to Fri but other hours of work considered.
Must be clean and tidy due to landlords allergies.
