Lovely house with garden and parking

We have three bedrooms available in our house. Rent includes all bills except Wifi. Bedrooms are unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished with all basic amenities. The house is walking distance to Watford High Street station but also has off street parking for those that drive and a garden and deck to use in the warmer weather. We are both secondary school teachers but all working professionals are welcome. We are both tidy, sociable people and would like to find like-minded individuals.
