Spacious Rooms Available in Friendly Shared House – Bills Included including wi-fi

I have four rooms available to rent in a comfortable and well-equipped house. The property offers plenty of shared space while giving each housemate their own dedicated storage for food and personal belongings.

Bedrooms 1–3 are large double bedrooms, each offering:

Bedroom 4 is the smallest of the four rooms but still comfortably furnished with:

The large shared kitchen is fully equipped with:

Dishwasher
Washer/dryer
Oven
Microwave
Air fryer

There is also a shared bathroom and guest WC. I have my own private en-suite, so the bathroom facilities are shared between the housemates.

🌳 Garden & Storage

The garden is available for everyone to use and you're welcome to enjoy it whenever you wish.

The loft will also be made available for additional storage in the next few months.

💷 Bills Included

All bills are included in the rent, making budgeting simple.

The only exception is electricity used for charging an electric vehicle, which would be charged separately.

🚗 Parking

Parking is available on the driveway for a small additional charge, or there is free local parking available nearby.

I'm looking for respectful, clean and considerate housemates who will enjoy sharing a comfortable home with good facilities and plenty of storage.

I would prefer tenants who do not mind pets - i have a dog who comes to work with me and will sleep in my room and a cat who spends most of her time outside.
A cleaner will be hired to come over every two weeks to clean communal areas alone, you will be responsible of cleaning your room.
