The room is in a house located on a nice quiet residential road.
Would suit a professional female who is looking for accommodation between Monday to Friday Only or regular mid-week accommodation for a few nights to be closer to work rather than regularly staying in a hotel or having long journeys.

Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared. Modern, clean comfortable house throughout. Parking is available on the residential road, no restrictions.

The house is located very close to Croxley Business Park and Watford Business Park and is within walking distance of these sites. Croxley train station is less than a 10 minute walk (Metropolitan Line) making it very easy to commute into Central London.

There is a great local bus service for routes into Watford Town Centre and the surrounding areas. Also there are very easy road links to the M25, M1 and M40 too. The area has nice places to visit, good shopping plus lovely pubs and restaurants to try and nice walks. The room is comfortable in a well looked after house.
