Description
A bright and spacious furnished double room is available in a lovely semi-detached house on a quiet residential street in Harpenden.
The house is approximately a 25-minute walk from Harpenden station and 15 minutes from the shops, cafés and amenities in Southdown.
The room comes with use of your own downstairs shower room and toilet. You will also have shared use of the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining room and conservatory.
One of the home’s highlights is the beautiful, peaceful garden, which overlooks mature trees and allotments.
You would be sharing with a friendly and respectful live-in landlady. I am very sporty and outdoorsy and, outside of work, enjoy cycling, running, swimming and socialising with friends and family.
The room would suit a clean, considerate professional looking for a comfortable and peaceful home rather than simply a place to stay.
Please get in touch with a little information about yourself, your work and the type of accommodation you are looking for.
