Pleasant and light all-female house and garden in quiet cul-de-sac. Cook's kitchen. 2 reception rooms. One upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath and one toilet with sink downstairs. Use of amenities. Tidy, clean, friendly and considerate female housemates (I already have one female housemate and this will remain an all-female house, except for visitors).

The room is medium sized and has a single bed. There is additional hanging storage and a large unit not shown in the photo.

Bike storage, and bike available to borrow. 15 mins walk to station. Lots of parking available a few metres away at the entrance to the cul-de-sac.
