Room within a 3 Bed House

One double room to rent for one person within fully furnished 3 bed house from 3 months min to max 6 months or can be on rolling contract for suitable person after the end of agreed fixed term. I am a living landlord who works full time and the other occupant is my 10 year old child.. The child goes to school. We live in a clean and tidy 3 bed house with large drive way which can accommodate 2 - 3 cars and a large garden at the rear. We have a cleaner in place. All the bills are included within the rent.
