I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor double ensuite room (single occupancy only) available to rent in my house in Campion Road, Hatfield.

This room is available to a professional or mature student who is aged 30 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband.

High speed broadband is available at the house.

There is a large kitchen diner that is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. My friendly team also maintain the house and private garden. Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also a TV point in the room. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and washbasin in it.
