Several bus stops are just 2–3 minutes’ walk away, making it easy to travel around Hatfield or reach the train station.

We manage a handful of professional house shares on Dragon Road and Cunningham Avenue.
Each property has five bedrooms and is designed for comfortable shared living. The houses are very similar in size and layout, although small differences in furniture or arrangement may occur between properties. See disclaimer below.

What’s Included
• All bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet)
• Fast internet
• Fortnightly communal cleaning
• Fully furnished rooms
• Private back garden
• Quiet residential area
No move-in admin or viewing fees
We are primarily looking for working professionals, although mature working students may be considered. Preferred minimum age is around 24, however applicants from 21+ may be considered depending on circumstances. Although cleaners come fortnightly to clean communal spaces, all housemates are expected to clean regularly and also keep the house tidy and free from clutter.

• Bed and mattress
• Wardrobe or space to hang clothes
• Some rooms have built-in wardrobes
• Drawer units and/or bedside table
Some rooms may also include a desk and chair, although not all rooms have these.

Each house typically includes:
• Large kitchen with dining table
• 2 x fridge freezers
• Oven and hob
• Extractor fan
• Microwave and kettle
• Washer / dryer machine (free to use)

Bathrooms
• Large communal bathroom with shower, toilet and sink on the second floor
• Additional separate toilet and sink on the ground floor
Some bedrooms also include private en-suite bathrooms.

Gardens generally include:
• Bicycle storage bar to secure bikes
• Well-maintained grass and bushes
• Outdoor seating or clothes drying rack

Large double en-suite room on the second floor overlooking the back garden.
Room 2
Good sized double room on the second floor facing the front garden and street.

Large double en-suite room on the first floor overlooking the back garden.
Room 5
Ground floor room facing the front garden near the kitchen and separate toilet.
Depending on the property this may be either:
• a small en-suite double room with wc, shower and sink, or
• a small to medium sized single bedroom.
