The house is a 20 min walk from College Lane campus and is located in a quiet street with bus stops nearby with links to the town centre and the train station.

The house has a garden, fully fitted kitchen and 2 bathrooms. You don't need a parking permit.

Please note if you are not a full-time student, you will need to contribute towards the Council Tax bill. Currently the bill is split between 3 housemates who are professionals. More details will be given when viewing the house.

As the current housemate is still living in the room, viewings can be booked for weekends only until they move out at the end of this month.
