Bright, fully furnished rooms in a licensed 5-bedroom house in Hatfield, a 13 minute walk from the University of Hertfordshire’s College Lane campus. All bills are included in the rent, so there are no surprise costs.

The rooms

Each room is let to one person and comes with a bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk (will be fitted before tenancy) and chair.

Rooms are on three floors, so you can choose between quieter rooms upstairs and more convenient rooms on the ground floor. (top floor rooms come at an increased rate)

The house

Shared kitchen, dining and living area with two large fridge freezers, a dining table for five, a sofa and a wall-mounted TV

Three bathrooms plus a separate toilet, so there’s no queuing in the morning
Licensed HMO with a full fire alarm system, emergency lighting and fire doors, inspected by the council.

Ground Floor: Living Area, Dining Area, Kitchen, Small bathroom, Accessible bathroom, Room 1, Parking, Back garden.

First Floor: Room 2 and 3, and storage.

Top floor: Room 4 and 5, and large bathroom.

Bills included
Gas, electricity, water, high-speed broadband and the TV licence are all included. Council tax is covered while the house is let to students.

13 minutes’ walk to the University of Hertfordshire
15 minutes to Hatfield town centre, shops and supermarkets
Hatfield station: 25 minutes, with trains to London King’s Cross in about 25 minutes
Bus stops nearby for the UniBus routes

Deposit of 4 weeks’ rent, protected in a government-approved scheme
Holding deposit of 1 week’s rent to reserve a room
A UK guarantor is required, or Housing Hand for international students
Right to rent check and proof of study or employment
No smoking. Pets considered on request.
