I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor double room available to rent in one of my houses in Campion Road, Hatfield, within walking distance of Hatfield Business Park.

This room is only available to professional(s) or mature student(s) who are aged 25 years of age or above.

The cost of rental is for a couple renting the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £835.00 per calendar month.

All bills are included in the rental price, including gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV license, broadband.

Broadband is available at the property.

The house has a large kitchen/diner with cooker, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and utensils. I have a full time cleaner who regularly clean all shared areas within the house. My friendly team also maintain the house and private garden

Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also a TV point in the room.
