We are very flexible and will also accommodate short term requirements including the odd night stay if the room is available at the time, message with your requirements for the cost.

The house is located within a quiet cul-de-sac location.

The room is small but cosy and is ideal for a professional person eg a contractor working away from home during the week as an alternative to staying in a hotel (and cheaper). Perfect for someone who just requires a simple room only as a base and to shower and sleep with no fuss.

We are looking for someone easy going, quiet, considerate, clean & tidy.

You would need to have limited items to store due to the space available.

The room is simply furnished with a small double bed, memory foam mattress, full length mirror and 43”smart TV.

The room benefits from having a large tilting window overlooking the rear garden giving great ventilation.

We are friendly, easy going professional people (Brother and Sister), we live here with our two adorable German Shepherds, they just love people so can get excitable at first with new people but a treat soon calms them down, ideally you would be comfortable around dogs, however we would always ensure they are shut back for you to come in and out of the house and their access is downstairs only.

Parking is available on the driveway.
The train station is very close just a short walk away.
All amenities including The Galleria, Business Park and University are within easy walking distance.
If you like the Gym there is one located at the end of the road.

£110 each week for a Monday night to Friday morning
(4 nights inclusive stay).

A deposit of £110 is also payable for ongoing longer stays which will be refunded on the day of departure subject to any issues,
