Currently living at the address is two female professionals, we are both friendly and welcoming, love a movie night, but at the same time if you like your own space we will respect that, if you do drugs or smoke then this isn’t the house share for you.

The property is situated in Adeyfield close to the M1. It’s a three bed, two bathroom split over multiple floors.
Located on a quiet cul de sac with ample free parking available on the street/ opposite the house.

The available bedroom is located on the top floor with a bathroom adjacent with living areas below, it is a double room with a small double Bed in it. Also now has a few shelves up on the walls and a tv on the wall that will be there for when you move in (these are not shown in the photo)

The rental agreement provides storage for a push bike (in the garage) and use of the garden, and living areas ( big living room)

This is a newly bought and renovated property so I’m looking for a respectful tenant who also loves dogs. ( a small friendly cocker spaniel is also a resident here)

Transport -
The property is one bus ride to Apsley train station or two buses to Hemel Hempstead.

Local amenities are a stones throw away with a large Tescos, cinema and ice rink a short walk from the house.

One months deposit along with first months rent up front.
All bills included including Wifi.
