I have a 2 large double rooms available in this newly renovated house share close to Maylands. They are on the first floor and share a bathroom. Each room is newly decorated and carpeted, with new mattress and curtains.

Each tenant gets 2 cupboards in the kitchen so there is plenty of space for you!

Current tenants are friendly, working people.

The house is just 5 minutes walk from local shops including a Tesco, a fish and chip shop, post office, doctors surgery etc. The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house and the journey to the town centre is just 10 minutes. Parking is available just outside the house.

The rooms would suit someone in full time work and are for single occupancy only.

Our rooms always let quickly. To arrange your viewing please leave a message with your age, where you work, when you are looking to move in and the reason for moving house.
