The House!
A house is walls and windows, it’s the awesome people living there who make it a home.
There are 7 lovely housemates in their 20s and early 30s waiting to say Hi! They often watch TV together in the evenings and enjoy chilling at the weekends with occasional house nights out. Sometimes there’s even homemade cake to share!

Everyone needs to pass the same referencing process and care is taken to ensure you will be a good fit! If available, housemates are often included in viewings so you can get a feel for who you would be living with and they can meet you too.

What happens next?
After successful referencing you pay:
One month’s rent in advance £720
Deposit £600 or Reposit (equivalent to one week’s rent)
