We are looking for a dynamic and fabulous housemate to make this sophisticated, all-inclusive house their home.
WFH? Super fast Virgin Media 500 MB Broadband with Wi-Fi and ethernet ports in each of the bedrooms, living rooms and even the kitchen.

Its a lovely large double en-suite on the top floor of sociable young professional house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is that all important desk if you work from home, a comfy double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. A huge window provide lots of light.

Co-living is our focus and we pride ourselves in matching new tenants with existing ones, considering people of similar ages and outlook (current housemates are all between 23-32) so when you move into the house, you will fit right in.

This stunning house share is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential neighbourhood, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre, ASDA and the Hospital.
Hemel Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away, with easy access to some of the best restaurants and pubs in the area.
Great transport links and a bust stop less than a 2-minute walk away.

We believe down time is super important, do you enjoy cooking and chilling after work?
• Luxury grey and white fully kitted out kitchen with American style Fridge Freezer and dishwasher

• BOSCH washing machine and tumble dryer are provided.

Jason the gardener is on hand too to look after your outside space.
If you have a bike, there is a shed with secure bike storage.

When you move in you pay one month’s rent in advance and the deposit and that’s it! If you don't have the money for a deposit, we also operate a no deposit scheme via Reposit.
All housemates are independently referenced including affordability and credit check.
