Room in smart Edwardian house with lovely garden

This house is my delight and I shall enjoy sharing it with someone who appreciates aesthetics - that's my business.

The room is at the quiet end of the house and has a lovely view of the garden. It is next to the bathroom though has own basin in the room. The kitchen is well fitted and there is a washing machine.

There is parking (with permit) and the town & shops are a short walk away.

My house is bordering the old part of Hemel Hempstead. You can see the spire of the Norman Church, St Mary's from the front of the house. The station is about a mile away and the journey from Hemel Hempstead to London Euston is 35 mins. St Albans is nearby and there is lots of cultural interest around. Buses run regularly from a nearby stop and there is a supermarket just down the road.
